Heads Up
Before spending 2.99 for this app, just a heads-up. Several of the exercises require a spotter. If you work out alone like I do, save your money, this app is not for you.
Good app and workout
This is a good app. It is taking MuscleMedia 2000 Bench Press routine and putting it in an app. You do not need a spotter to do this workout, if you can find a power cage with safety bars then you can do it by yourself. Im on the fourth week of the workout and that is what I have been doing. My only complaint is that I cant retroactively input my workouts and I just found the app after my 7th bench press workout that is why I gave it 4 stars.

It would be a lot better If you could cycle through your workout days. If you miss a days workout there is no going back.

The app doesnt store workouts very well, the pounds I record delete themselves somehow and Im stuck on my 4th workout and cant progress to the next one. please fix
